PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
Personal data processed for the purposes of operating the Site

The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This involves information that is not collected to be associated with identified individuals but which, by their very nature, could, through processing and associations with data held by the Company or by third parties, allow for the identification of users of the Site.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the Site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response provided by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and IT environment.

Data provided directly by the user

The voluntary, explicit, and optional sending of data as requested by various sections of this Site is used to fulfill the user’s requests (a purely indicative and non-exhaustive example: when information or explanations are requested by calling the numbers indicated on the Site or by writing to the email addresses present there).
Specific, concise notices may be provided or displayed on the pages of the Site prepared for services upon request, in order to draw your attention to the processing of your personal data.

Mandatory data provision

With the exception of navigation data, which are necessary to implement computer and telematic protocols, the provision of personal data by users is free and optional. However, failure to provide such data will make it impossible to fulfill the requests made or intended by the user.

Data recipients

Your data may be communicated to entities acting as Controllers (such as supervisory and control authorities and any public entity legally entitled to request the data) or processed, on behalf of the Company, by entities designated as Processors, who are given appropriate operational instructions. Specifically, the data may be communicated to the following categories of recipients:

  • Rubidia S.r.l., acting as Processor or for administrative and accounting purposes (e.g., activities related to internal organizational, administrative, financial, and accounting purposes);
  • Individuals and/or entities providing various services in favor of the Company (e.g., service providers for Site management, such as system outsourcers, companies managing Internet connectivity, etc.). These entities may also operate as Processors;
  • Public and/or private entities to whom the data will be communicated in order to fulfill or enforce specific obligations provided for by laws, regulations, or community legislation. These entities will act as independent Controllers or as Processors.
Authorized data handlers

The data will be processed by employees, collaborators of the Company, or external parties, in their capacity as Data Processors and authorized personnel, performing technical and organizational tasks for the Site on behalf of the Company.

Transfer of personal data to non EU countries

No data transfers outside the European Union are foreseen.

Rights of the data subject – Complaint to the Supervisory Authority

By contacting the Company via email at [email protected], data subjects may request access to their data, deletion, correction of inaccurate data, completion of incomplete data, restriction of processing in cases provided for by Art. 18 GDPR, and object to processing based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.
Furthermore, where processing is based on consent or a contract and is carried out by automated means, data subjects have the right to receive their data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and, if technically feasible, to transmit them to another Controller without hindrance.
Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority in the Member State in which they habitually reside, work, or where the alleged infringement occurred.
